Building Surveyor

Due to ongoing growth, my client are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our practice, focusing on conducting Level 2 & 3 Surveys. What Were Looking For: AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified SAVA graduates are also considered Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities A proactive and professional approach to work Key responsibilities: Perform comprehensive Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a variety of residential & commercial properties. Experience in preparing Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations would be an advantage. Prepare clear and thorough reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements. Offer expert guidance to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance. Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering timely and professional survey reports.
