Were looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our growing team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) and help us strengthen a proactive, people-first safety culture across our aviation operations. As our HSE Advisor, youll take the lead in developing, implementing, and managing systems that keep our people safe and our organisation compliant. From risk assessments and safety audits to training and emergency response planning, youll be at the heart of maintaining the highest standards of safety across everything we do. Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm What Youll Do Monitor, evaluate, and review new and existing Health & Safety legislation Develop and maintain HSE procedures and safe systems of work Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections Support fire risk assessments and emergency planning Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses Provide HSE training and guidance to employees Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement What Youll Need NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Aviation experience is an advantage (training provided) Eligible for an airside security pass (basic DBS required) What We Offer Competitive salary & company bonus 33 days annual leave (including UK bank holidays) holiday buy/sell scheme Flexible working Pension, health & wellbeing support Cycle to Work & Electric Car Schemes Retail discounts, referral bonus, and more About Us Willis Aviation Services Limited is part of Willis Lease Finance Corporation , a global aviation services leader with over 45 years of industry experience.
