MEP Revit Technician

Job Description Ready to take your Revit and Building Services expertise to the next level on technically complex, high-value projects? Do you have hands-on experience producing coordinated MEP models in Revit within a BIM-led environment? Are you eligible to work permanently in the UK and open to gaining security clearance? The Opportunity An established and growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is expanding its BIM capability in Scotland and is looking to appoint experienced Revit Technicians to support the delivery of technically demanding building services projects across regulated and specialist sectors. This role would suit candidates working in these roles Revit MEP Technician, BIM Technician, Building Services CAD Technician, MEP CAD Engineer, BIM Modeller, Mechanical Revit Technician, Building Services Technician, MEP BIM Coordinator. Your duties and responsibilities will beProduce accurate, fully coordinated 2D and 3D building services drawings and models using Revit and AutoCADDevelop detailed MEP models covering HVAC and public health systems in line with project and BIM standardsWork closely with engineers and fellow technicians to ensure designs are practical, compliant and buildableFollow BIM Execution Plans and maintain high-quality project documentation throughout deliveryManage workloads effectively to meet programme deadlines across multiple live projectsYou will have the following qualifications and experienceAround 34 years experience working within a Building Services or MEP design environmentStrong, demonstrable capability in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, including model coordinationPractical working knowledge of MagiCAD and Navisworks within a BIM workflowA solid understanding of mechanical building services systems and installation requirementsClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teamsThis role is based from a modern office in Motherwell, with hybrid working available (a minimum of two days per week in the office). The salary on offer isdependant on experience, with opportunities to develop within a growing BIM team.
