Acting as the interface between purchasing at the site level & the Senior Management Team, ensuring all issues are reported and acted upon. The Procurement Manager will be based at the Head office in Dalry but will need to attend the Glasgow office and live sites when required.Key roles and responsibilities include;Promoting best practice and supporting the business with the purchase of materials & hiring ofplant/accommodation,per authority levels & any relevant initiatives. Provision of support and direction to purchasing & technical staff to ensure that commercial opportunities are optimised, and the company’s position is always suitably protected.
