About the Role Were looking for a Sous Chef to join our growing Rosas family and be the right-hand to our Head Chef. If youre a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover, this is your platform to shine. As a Sous Chef at Rosas Thai, youll play a vital role in leading the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection, and keeping our guests coming back for more. What Youll Do Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation Maintain Rosas high standards of flavour, presentation, and consistency Lead, motivate, and train junior kitchen staff Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met Manage stock levels and control kitchen costs effectively Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Junior Sous ready to step up A genuine love of food especially bold Thai flavours!
