This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standard, providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.What We Offer15.00 per hourMileage allowance of 40p per mile for travel beyond your base homePension scheme, Paid PVG5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)What You Will DoYou will take responsibility for the upkeep of our care homes, from small repairs to larger projects, ensuring all spaces are functional, safe, and welcoming. You will carry out hands-on repairs, electrical inspections, installation of new equipment, routine maintenance tasks, and grounds upkeep. You will maintain tools and machinery, conduct safety checks including fire alarms, inspect building surfaces, and participate in renovation or improvement projects.
