Programme Manager Contract Type - Fixed Term - 8 monthsStart Date - November 2025Hybrid - 3 days on site/weekWe are working with a fantastic client, who have a vacancy for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a strategic multi-channel re-platforming initiative. Reporting to the Head of IT, this fixed-term role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of a re-platform project involving multiple operational channels. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and business objectives.This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on site 3 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of this multi-channel re-platform program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Budget ownership for the project including regularly budget reporting, forecasting and 2026 budget collation and submission.Responsibility for managing all workstream activity through appointed workstream owners.Responsibility for managing all project risk and providing visibility and reporting as agreed.To provide project status updates to stakeholders and the business.To ensure all development and deliverables meet compliance needs.Develop and manage the program roadmap, timelines, and resource plans.Manage change and transition planning to support adoption and minimise disruption.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering re-platforming programs.Strong understanding of multi-channel environments and customer experience.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficient in program governance, budgeting, and reporting.Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Ability to lead cross-functional teams.DesirableExperience in retail, consumer goods, or eCommerce sectors.Formal project/program management certification (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).Please email your CV to apply for this opportunity
