Altrad seeks sharp, forward thinking risk professionals to drive our nuclear mission!Join a high performing risk team in supporting some of the most exciting, complex nationally significant projects in the UK.We are seeking the best Risk Managers and Risk Professionals to support the identification, assessment, and management of Threats and Opportunities across our major nuclear programmes.This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic, safety critical environment.Key responsibilities :Support the identification of threats and opportunities across project and programme portfoliosConduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and modelling (including probability and impact evaluation)Plan, organise and facilitate risk workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.Maintain and develop project risk registersProduce clear and accurate risk reports to inform key decision makingCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote robust risk management practicesAbout you :Early, mid or late career risk professionals with experience in project/programme environments (nuclear, engineering, defence, infrastructure, construction or similar)Strong analytical skills with an eye for detailConfident communicator and able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with tools such as ARM, Safran risk or similar Risk qualification or equivalent experienceTenacity, ambition and driveWhat we offer :Hybrid working (Cumbria & National Positions)Excellent career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and packageOpportunity to contribute to nationally important projects and programmesAt Altrad we celebrate the importance of having a diverse workforce.
