Job Description Freelance Site Manager Job I HMP Haverigg I April Start I EL1 Clearance Needed I Refurbishment Schemes Your new company Youll be joining a wellestablished UK organisation delivering highquality infrastructure, facilities, and property projects across the country. The business is progressing a 1.5m officetoaccommodation conversion, and due to increased workload, they require an experienced freelance Site Manager to lead daytoday site delivery. Your new role As the Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for the safe and efficient running of the project. You will coordinate all subcontractors, drive programme delivery, manage quality control, and ensure full compliance with H&S and CDM requirements. Youll also maintain all sitebased documentation and liaise closely with the wider project and design teams to keep the project on track.
