Job Description Estates & Asset ManagerLocation: Cumbria Salary: Competitive Package Available | Full-time PermanentThe RoleWe're seeking a hands-on Estates & Asset Manager to take ownership of a mixed portfolio of residential, retail and distribution assets working directly with the Owner/Investor and Group Finance Director. A practical, delivery-focused role where you'll bring structure, drive disposals and resolve legacy issues with pace and precision.What You'll Be DoingMapping the full estate properties, ownership structures and key dataBuilding and maintaining a clear portfolio management systemIdentifying underperforming assets and managing end-to-end disposalsResolving compliance, tenancy and condition issuesProviding hold/sell/improve recommendations to senior stakeholdersSupporting financial decision-making alongside the Finance DirectorWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in property, estates or asset managementBackground in disposals and portfolio rationalisationHighly organised able to bring structure to complex portfoliosHands-on, proactive and confident working independentlyComfortable engaging directly with owners and senior leadershipMRICS qualified surveyor desirable, with landlord side experience Interested?If you're a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.
