This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR and recruitment, with full training and ongoing development provided.The role is heavily administration-focused, supporting the recruitment of hourly paid site roles. You will play a key part in managing a high volume of applications around 300 per week using the ATS system, while also engaging directly with candidates and supporting the wider HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing and processing a high volume of applications for hourly paid positionsScreening suitable candidates and progressing them through the recruitment processContacting candidates via phone to arrange site interviewsCompleting Right to Work (RTW) checksMaintaining accurate records on the ATS systemProviding general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment teamAssisting with ad hoc tasks as requiredAbout YouYou are an organised and driven individual with experience in administration or customer service, looking to take the next step into a career in HR and recruitment.
