Job Description CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR - SOLAR FARM - PV (EPC) - CIVILS CONSTRUCTION - RENEWABLE ENERGYJob Overview:We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to be responsible for supervising all civil works on a utility-scale solar PV project. The role will focus on day-to-day site supervision of civil subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and in line with drawings, RAMS and quality standards.This is a site-based role reporting into the Site Manager and supporting overall construction delivery from early works through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all civil construction activities including earthworks, access roads, drainage, foundations, ducting, fencing, and compound worksManage and coordinate civil subcontractors on siteEnsure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and RAMSEnforce site HSE standards and lead by example on safety cultureMonitor progress against programme and report any risks or delays to the Site ManagerCoordinate with Electrical and Mechanical supervisors to ensure interface alignmentCarry out daily site inspections and quality checksSupport inspections, snagging, and handover of civil worksMaintain accurate site records, diaries, and reportsQualifications & Experience:Strong understanding of civil scopes on renewable projectsSMSTS or SSSTS preferredCSCS card essentialStrong communication and contractor coordination skillsContract Details:Contract positionExpected start: March 2026Duration: circa 10-12 monthsSite-based roleIf this role matches your experience and ambitions, please send your CV directly to [email protected] or apply to the advert.
