Youll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, supporting all areas of the business while helping to maintain exceptional standards of food, drink, and service. This role suits someone who is: Passionate, friendly, and resilient Fair, ethical, and supportive in their leadership style Confident working in a busy, high-quality hospitality environment A strong team player with a proactive approach What Were Looking For Previous management experience in a high-volume gastro pub or restaurant Strong knowledge of food, drink, and customer service The ability to motivate, train, and develop a large team (40+ staff) Confidence running shifts and being the front-of-house face of the business Experience with restaurant systems Youll be supported by a dedicated head office team covering HR, payroll, accounts, sales & marketing, and central reservations allowing you to focus on what matters most: the guest experience .
