The team is a multi-disciplined maintenance team, working 12-hour days and nights to respond to breakdowns and complete planned maintenance. Equipment maintenance is ensured, and waste reduction is minimised.The team may also assist across-site to support business objectives, working in all departments and gaining working knowledge using the local team's experience. On-the-job training is also provided, and involvement in plant improvement projects is encouraged.
