We offer a variety of specialist schemes, including private car, taxi, motor trade, and more.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Handler located in Crumlin. The Account Handler will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, handling insurance renewals, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include processing insurance policies, coordinating with insurance underwriters, and ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.QualificationsExperience in Customer Service and Account Management in Commercial Insurance 3 years+Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance BrokerageProven ability in handling RenewalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA keen attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCert CII or working towards an insurance qualification is a plus
