Youll report to our Head of Tech and work closely with our Full Stack Developer, who will bring your designs to life.What Youll Be Doing: Design & UXDesign wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes in FigmaCreate and maintain a design system and component librariesTranslate journeys and user personas into functional and elegant UIDesign responsive layouts for landing pages, booking flows, and dashboardsPrepare developer-ready files and support design handoffUse typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy with confidenceThink through navigation, information architecture, and mobile-first layouts Front-End CollaborationBuild or support building responsive layouts with HTML/CSSWork with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar frameworksRead/modify simple JavaScript for interaction and feedbackUse Git for version control and inspect/debug browser UI issuesWork side-by-side with a Full Stack Developer who builds your designs in codeUnderstand how APIs, page structure and data flow influence designWho Were Looking For:Must-Have Experience2+ years in Product Design, UI/UX, or a hybrid design/development roleStrong skills in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch)Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)Experience creating and evolving design systemsConfident presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholdersSolid understanding of mobile-first and accessibility fundamentalsAble to debug and support front-end builds with a developer mindsetNice-to-HavesExperience with user testing, interviews, or internal user researchFamiliarity with WCAG accessibility standardsKnowledge of SEO best practices for web layout and performanceExperience designing emails or working with tools like Webflow / FramerAwareness of UX metrics (bounce rate, conversion, drop-off)Comfortable using no-code tools, or contributing to design sprintsWhy Join Prestige?
