What Youll Be Doing:Acting as the go-to contact for tenants and landlords, offering expert property advice.Managing tenancy lifecycles from onboarding to end-of-tenancy procedures.Handling maintenance coordination and ensuring all legal/compliance standards are met.Conducting inspections and advising landlords on repairs and improvements.Guiding junior team members and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
