We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Croydon. Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support in a KS2 setting, assisting with whole-class, small group, and individual learning. Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom routines. Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals as needed. Requirements: Relevant experience working with children. A positive, patient, and proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.
