Head Chef - Nursing Home in Crowthorne Salary : 35,297 per year Hours: 40 hours per week Shifts: 5 days out of 7 About the Role We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Bucklers Lodge. You'll create nutritious, delicious meals that make a real difference to our resident's lives. Key Responsibilities Design and prepare varied menus that meet special dietary requirements (low fat, diabetic, religious diets). Cater for special occasions within the home. Manage stock control and purchasing within budget. Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety. What We're Looking For Relevant food hygiene and preparation qualifications.
