Residential Conveyancing Lawyer Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX Qualified Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a friendly, well-established firm with a genuinely supportive team culture? The Role: You will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity and re-mortgages New build transactions and unregistered titles Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documentation, and related correspondence Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Ensuring all transactions comply with current legal and regulatory requirements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records Delivering a high standard of client service and building lasting client relationships If applying at a Senior Level, additional duties include: Taking an active role in local business development and networking events Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the conveyancing department About You: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedure Excellent client-facing and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues Ideally local to Crowborough or the surrounding area Benefits: Competitive salary (45,000 70,000 depending on experience) Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunities for professional development and progression Modern IT systems Modern offices GWV Talent Solutions Limited (trading as Gerrard White Consulting and Vermelo RPO) acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary and contract workers.
