To ensure all work is planned and carried out within priority ensuring value for money and a high standard of finish. The supervision of a team of staff colleagues and works whilst on site to ensure works are completed satisfactorily. To carry out a range of trade tasks where required to aid the completion of works in a property. To continuously improve working practises to enable continuous improvement of the service.
