Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a leading name within the flexible workspace and office sector, renowned for delivering premium environments across London.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of contemporary office buildings, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, compliance, and operational excellence.The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the technical integrity and efficiency of a high-quality portfolio.Working closely with the Facilities Manager and wider operational teams, you'll be responsible for all M&E systems, planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and project delivery across multiple sites.Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all hard services across a multi-site office portfolio in London.Managing and supporting an on-site Facilities Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Ensuring statutory compliance, H&S, and best practice in all aspects of building maintenance.Managing service providers and contractors, ensuring performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.Leading on plant upgrades, refurbishments, and capital projects.Monitoring building performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.Supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience for occupiers and visitors alike.The Person You'll be a confident and technically skilled manager with a strong understanding of building services within commercial offices.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a proactive, people-focused approach.Requirements: Proven experience managing M&E services across a commercial or mixed-use portfolio.Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical).Strong contractor management and project delivery experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business that puts quality and customer experience at the forefront of everything they do.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
