This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who wants to utilise their technical skills on new challenges without the pressure of managing a full caseload.This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a non-client-facing role, focusing purely on the technical aspects of residential property transactions.You'll be a vital part of the conveyancing department, helping fee earners progress matters smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy the challenge of title review and technical analysis but want to step away from full file ownership, this is the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:Checking titles (freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, etc.) and protocol forms, and raising detailed enquiries with the seller's lawyer.Preparing property reports for clients and reviewing search reports to highlight key issues.Advising fee earners on complex matters and assisting with requisitions on title and transfer preparation.Ensuring all work complies with professional conduct rules, maintaining accurate records on the case management system, and achieving daily and weekly output targets.Working closely with colleagues, assisting with training, and providing cover where necessary.The successful candidateProven legal knowledge in property law, with a deep understanding of freehold, leasehold, unregistered, and new build transactions.Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling complex information.The ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and targets.Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with colleagues.A natural aptitude for solving critical and complex legal issues.If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Calum at Eclectic Recruitment.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
