Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 SponsorshipClinical Lead Nurse – Children’s Services | Up to £50,000 | 40 Hours per week Our client is a well-established, high-quality domiciliary care provider supporting children and young people with complex health needs in their own homes. With a dedicated focus on providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care, the service supports both live-in and complex care packages across the region.As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and epilepsy management. You’ll provide hands-on training to care staff, oversee care planning, and collaborate with both office and field teams to uphold high clinical and regulatory standards.What You’ll Need:Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN) – or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with demonstrable experience in paediatric or complex carePrevious experience as a Clinical Lead, Band 6 Nurse, or similar senior clinical roleUp-to-date knowledge and experience in managing complex care needs, including PEG, tracheostomy, epilepsy, ventilator care, and catheter careStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations, care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governanceConfident in delivering hands-on training and competency assessments to staffKey Responsibilities:Provide clinical oversight and guidance for complex and live-in care servicesCarry out competency assessments and deliver practical training in interventions such as tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, epilepsy management, and moreEnsure care plans are person-centred, robust, risk-assessed, and aligned with individual needsWork closely with the wider team to uphold CQC regulations and promote best practice across the serviceMaintain accurate clinical documentation and support safeguarding processesSupport the continuous professional development of staff, ensuring high standards of care deliveryReference: WILL155370/MWINDNUR
