This role is to cover a period of maternity leave, from August 2025. Based within a fast paced, open plan, friendly office environment, you will provide seamless administrative support within a team of 4. Duties will includeTo deal with telephone and email enquiriesArrange meetings and book appointmentsSorting and distributing incoming post, organising and sending outgoing postAssist with enquiries received from stakeholdersCompiling invoicesCreate and maintain filing systems and client filesUpdate and maintain financial reports using ExcelTyping of letters and other standard documentationGeneral day to day tasks as requiredThe role would suit a confident character with a good head for figures. Must have a personable nature, be accurate and have an excellent telephone manner. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. The successful candidate will have worked in a busy office previously, be able to multitask and have excellent IT skills.
