What you'll be doing - Partnering with stakeholders to deliver clear, strategic legal advice that supports business growth Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts - from NDAs to renewals and everything in between Supporting the sales team throughout the contract lifecycle - ensuring they can close deals with confidence Managing early-stage disputes and litigation Owning legal policies, T&Cs, and template documents - keeping everything current and compliant Driving data protection Managing the company's insurance portfolio and overseeing renewals Spotting risks, providing solutions, and being the commercial conscience of the business What our client are looking for - 5+ years PQE Experience in SMEs Strong commercial contracts experience and brilliant drafting & negotiation skills Able to balance legal risk with business realities - you're not the "no" person, you're the "here's how" person Self-starter, super-organised Bonus points if you bring some IP or data protection experience to the table This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real autonomy, the chance to shape legal processes, and the joy of working with good people doing great things.
