We're excited to offer a rewarding role as Service Manager within our Young Peoples Service in Crewe. Were looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team, communicate effectively, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the continued success of our service delivery. In this role, youll be responsible for managing a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality support that leads to positive outcomes for the young people we serve. You'll also work closely with the local authority and partner organisations to build strong, collaborative relationships that benefit the service and those who rely on it.
