This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys end-to-end reporting, driving improvements, and developing junior talent.The role:Management of team, overseeing all aspects of daily transactional accountingMonthly preparation of the management accounts in line with our group reporting deadlinesP&L articulation to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, detailing variances to budgets and key trendsDetailed balance sheet and cash flow reviews as part of the monthly reporting cycleOversight of accurate cashflow forecasts are submitted for your areasEnsuring all intercompany reconciliations are performed as per group deadlinesWorking with local senior leadership to support business decisions.Perform ad-hoc analysis as requiredCreate a culture of innovation ensuring all team work to improve current processes to improve efficienciesLeading on the audit, working with our external audit team to provide the necessary information in a timely mannerAbout you:Qualified CIMA/ACCAExperience working as a Management Accountant / Finance ManagerA curious, logical thinker, able to problem solve and use experience to drive continuous improvementExcellent attention to detailEmbraces and drives changeA clear communicatorWhats on offer:55,000 annual salary + BonusCareer progression in a growing, forward-looking companyA collaborative and supportive working environmentExposure to both operational finance and business improvement projects
