Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the postholder will work closely with existing regional managers to deliver excellence across operational, commercial and quality domains.Key PointsWill be expected to be visible across all care homes within the remitMust act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers and wider staff within the care homesDrive KPIs and overall performanceResponsibility for operational performance, occupancy, staffing and complianceManage, support and mentor a team of Home Managers to deliver highquality, personcentred careEnsure homes achieve and maintain strong regulatory ratings, with a focus on continuous improvementClear autonomy to deliver strategic and operational prioritiesOpportunity to influence an expanding group with continued and future growth plansWeekly reporting into the Managing Director with clear strategic targets and outcomes to deliverRequirementsProven regional management experience within the elderly care sector, OR 5+ years as a highperforming Home Manager seeking progression into a Regional Manager roleStrong understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory frameworks (CQC)Track record of supporting large teams to deliver safe, compliant and personcentred servicesEvidence of stability and longevity in recent postsNursing background beneficial but not essentialEnergy, drive and confidence to operate autonomously in a fastpaced environmentLocationThe remit covers the North West; suitable candidate locations include: Crewe, StokeonTrent, Manchester, Derby, Chester, Warrington, Stockport, Wigan, St Helens etc.The postholder can be flexibly based, ideally within reasonable reach of the portfolio.Interview ProcessInterviews will take place imminently.The anticipated structure is:Stage One Facetoface interviewSummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced manager seeking a highautonomy role within a qualityfocused care provider known for strong values and high standards of resident experience.
