Resident Liaison Officer

We are proud to be partnering with a multi-disciplinary construction company, who are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a 5-week contract. This position is based in Crawley, with an hourly rate of 17-22 via an Umbrella Company (depending on experience). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within social housing & specifically kitchen and bathroom projects. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Liaising with residents on site to ensure works can be carried out Making appointments with tenants and acting as the main point of contact for tenants Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed Sorting access issues for the works to be carried out, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience working on kitchen & bathroom projects Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good problem solving skills The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Rewards and Benefits: Potential for contract extension Working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
