What you''ll be doing: Contribute to an effective and efficient Print, Mail and Distribution department to support the Groups business activities. Responsible for the smooth operation of the in-house Print, Mail and Distribution department, providing a high level of customer service for Peoples Partnership staff, both in-house and remote working. Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that deadlines are met for internal process and collection of outgoing post. Preparation and creation of system dockets and overseeing the completion of all mail processes throughout the day. Managing deliveries through Goods In area, ensuring they are delivered internally within a timely manner. Managing the (RGA) Return and Gone Away process as per departmental guidelines. Daily collection of internal and external mail, across all departments and between buildings (HQ & Manhattan). Ensuring printer toner changes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Dealing with internal Service Desk Requests in a timely manner and as per departmental processes. Manage internal archive requests with third party supplier for both retrieval, collection, and creation of new archive boxes. Where applicable, maintain, manage, and communicate daily recorded statistics to relevant areas of the business, and resolving any discrepancy issues. What were looking for: Ability to work within a team Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work calmly under pressure Good ability to represent the Print, Mail & Distribution department internally and externally. Self-motivated and proactive approach Co-operative can-do approach Educated to GCSE standard Post and Print room environment, All administrative tasks. MS Office, able to navigate around a P.C.
