Our mission is to enhance customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and exceptional service. Summary We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team in Crawley. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering outstanding courier services. Main purpose of the role Identify and prioritize profitable sales opportunities and then arrange meetings for members of the Sales Team and Director. To assist with some of the administration that is currently the responsibility of the Sales Executive. Responsibilities To react promptly to all new sales leads and opportunities in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Identify and target potential clients through various channels. To further identify and contact businesses with a requirement for Same day, Overnight and International services, within specific areas that we are keen to develop the business in. Maximise all revenue opportunities from both new and existing customers by ensuring they are aware of the full range of services we offer. To follow a call cycle of prospect Customers on the Streetwise Courier database to ensure regular contact and relationship building. Ensure all existing customers are called in accordance with the customer care policy. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads. Achieve outbound call activity and all other activities as specified within the relevant sales policy guide. Establish dialogue with the decision maker within these prospective customers and make relevant appointments for the Sales team and Director. Wherever possible try and establish their requirements and service expectation, before making the appointment, and to learn as much about the type of business and the goods that are sent out. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. Provide excellent communication and follow-up with prospects. Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Provide a high level of internal and external customer care. Take part in any development training. Carry out any other relevant duties requested by the line manager. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is a plus. Proficiency in English is a requirement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills/Qualifications- Keyboard Skills, Literacy and numeracy skills and PC literate.
