Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager

We've partnered with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor based in Sussex, with over 10 years of industry experience. They provide full turnkey solutions-from installation through to service and maintenance-and are a trusted Daikin, Mitsubishi and Panasonic Business Partner. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager to join their team. The Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager will drive project sales and oversee HVAC installations from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on project management with a strong focus on direct sales and client relationship development. You will lead our in-house engineers, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager Salary & Benefits Basic salary 47,000-50,000 OTE Bonus structure - up to 13k per annum Company car 20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service Pension Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager Job Requirements Proven track record in HVAC/Air Conditioning sales and project management. Strong understanding of mechanical services and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience managing projects of up to 500k+ is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
