AsSenior Brand Manager , you’ll play a central role in driving brand equity, visibility, and demand globally. Reporting to theVP of Brand Marketing , you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across new product launches, sustaining products in market, global brand campaigns, creative asset development, while also supporting partnership activations and long-term brand strategy. You’ll work closely with creative, comms, commercial, and regional teams to ensure the brands remain differentiated, desirable, and culturally relevant. This is a high-impact role within a passionate, fast-moving global team — perfect for a strategic and creative marketing leader with a love for premium products, storytelling, and music. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work on key projects such as leading the reinvestment in core audio to reassert Marantz’s authority and creating new brand storytelling, alongside luxury brand partnerships and ambassadors such as McClaren Automotive, Abbey Road Studios and David Beckham. ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate global brand marketing initiatives for Bowers & Wilkins and Marantz. Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and commercial impact. Oversee marketing plans and distribution of toolkits for product launches, ensuring world-class creative and consistency across channels and markets. Manage global brand communications — from campaign messaging to channel content — in line with brand positioning and identity. Act as day-to-day brand lead across cross-functional teams including Creative, Comms, Regional Marketing, Sales, and DTC. Work with Creative Services to brief, guide, and approve production of campaign assets, ensuring alignment to brand identity. Lead the brand’s social media team, who manage the global social media strategy and execution, overseeing channel planning, content calendars, and performance metrics. Oversee use of social listening tools and translate insights into actionable marketing decisions. Manage and support direct reports including the Brand Manager and Social Media Manager, fostering their growth and development. Guide and protect brand identity across touchpoints, ensuring consistency and integrity globally. Monitor marketing performance and provide insight to optimise brand activity. Manage brand marketing budgets and liaise with finance and operations teams as needed. Support the VP Brand and Commercial strategy team in preparation of launch packages and strategic documentation. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 7 years of brand marketing experience, ideally with exposure to premium, lifestyle or audio brands. Proven experience leading global brand campaigns and product launches. Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and audience targeting. Experience working with creative teams, media planning, and content development. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred QualificationsExperience in luxury, consumer electronics, audio, or lifestyle brands. Familiarity with global campaign roll out, localisation and regional adaptation. Understanding of social, influencer and partnership marketing. Experience with DTC and digital marketing channels. Passion for music, sound, or premium product experiences.
