Job Title: Conveyancer Residential Property Location: Crawley Salary: Up to 60,000 DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent (7.25 hours/day, 8:4517:30) About the Role: A well-established Residential Property team is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer (solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 years PQE) to join their busy Crawley office. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload and contribute to the smooth operation of a high-performing team. As a Residential Conveyancer , you will be responsible for managing files from initial client instruction through to post-completion matters. You will provide clear, accurate, and professional legal advice while ensuring compliance with all internal and professional standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload as a Residential Conveyancer , including sales, purchases, and transfers. Provide clients with comprehensive and accurate legal advice throughout all stages of property transactions. Draft, review, and proofread documentation relating to property matters. Liaise with colleagues, clients, agents, and third parties in a timely and professional manner. Support colleagues with overflow work and maintain departmental efficiency during holidays and absence periods. Maintain accurate billing, time recording, and compliance with professional and internal procedures. Uphold the highest standards of work, professional conduct, and client care. Take a proactive approach to building client relationships and promoting the firms image. Candidate Profile: Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 years PQE in Residential Property. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and transfers. Excellent organisational, communication, and client-care skills. Professional, proactive, and confident working independently in a busy office.
