We are expanding our UK team and are looking for a Clinical Data Manager / Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across multiple studies.The role:You’ll lead clinical data management activities across multiple oncology studies, working closely with Biostatistics, Programming, CRAs and Project Management to ensure high-quality, audit-ready data.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end clinical data management in line with SOPs and ICH-GCPActing as Lead Data Manager on multiple studiesLeading DM study start-up, EDC UAT and validationPerforming a comprehensive clinical data reviewMedDRA & WHO Drug Dictionary codingDeveloping metrics and reports using SAS/ExcelSupporting study teams with listings, data trends and sponsor requestsDatabase lock preparation and inspection readinessMentoring junior team members (Senior level)About YouBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)3–5+ years’ Clinical Data Management experience within CRO or pharmaStrong EDC experience (RAVE preferred)Knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM)SAS/SQL skills are desirableStrong understanding of GCPHighly organised, proactive and detail-focusedExcellent communication skills and fluent EnglishComfortable managing multiple studies and deadlinesWhat’s On Offer:Competitive salary and benefits6% pension contributionPrivate medical insuranceIncome protection & life assuranceSick payEyecare vouchersEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSupportive, people-first culture focused solely on oncology
