Payroll Process Manager Location: Crawley (Hybrid - up to 3 days working from home) Reporting to: Process Performance Manager, Bucharest Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for global payroll excellence and process transformation? We're looking for a Payroll Process Manager to join our international team and lead with empathy, expertise, and purpose. This is a unique opportunity to shape payroll operations across multiple countries, working closely with a small, dedicated team and global stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing: As one of our Payroll Process Managers, you'll be the strategic driver behind payroll process excellence across our global footprint. You'll lead and support a small team of payroll analysts (based in Kuala Lumpur and Bogot), ensuring seamless delivery of payroll services in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Owning and standardising global payroll processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce complexity. Collaborating with digital product owners to modernize payroll systems and drive innovation. Defining and tracking process outcomes with clear value metrics. Championing change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for global teams. About You: You're a thoughtful and inclusive leader who brings people together to achieve great results. You're passionate about payroll, process excellence, and creating a positive impact across diverse teams. What we are looking for: 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years managing teams in payroll outsourcing or GBS/SSO environments. A background in leading payroll operations within top-tier outsourcing firms (e.g., EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, ADP or similar). Strong international payroll knowledge, ideally with experience beyond Southeast Asia. A collaborative mindset and a track record of leading medium-to-large teams across multiple clients or countries. Experience with Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt is a plus). Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills. TPBN1_UKTJ
