What you’ll do: Be the first person our clients speak toGive quotes, advice, and supportHelp clients with renewals, updates, and claimsOffer extra insurance products that may help themMake sure everything is done accurately and on timeHelp us keep our clients happy and bring in new onesWhat we’re looking for: Experience working in insurance and with customersA good understanding of youth groups and small charitiesBasic knowledge of insurance rules and guidelinesConfident using computers and insurance systemsInsurance qualifications (or working towards them)Why join us?
