You will facilitate the Right to Buy process for properties.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and account for charges payable on leasehold flats and shared ownership properties.Maintain records and manage billing and recovery of costs related to services and management charges.Advise and signpost residents in hardship or arrears; initiate legal action for recovery, assisting the Leasehold Services Manager and Legal Services in County Court cases.Maintain ongoing records of costs for communal and structural building maintenance, recharging these to lessees.Assist with leaseholder consultations on qualifying works and long-term agreements, ensuring legal compliance under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.Handle inquiries regarding costs and charges related to leasehold flats and shared ownership properties.Respond promptly to external agency requests regarding property sales and update systems accordingly.Process Right to Buy applications from submission through to completion, including eligibility, valuation instructions, and legal notices.Provide advice and assistance to RTB applicants throughout the process, including face-to-face discussions of the Section 125 Offer Notice.Record and analyze performance data to identify improvements.Investigate and resolve complaints in line with CBC policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
