As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry, Strong leadership and people management skills, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
