Job DescriptionService Desk Associate - 6 months - Crawley- Inside IR35We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Desk Associate for a 6-month onsite contract role based in Crawley. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely and effective support to end users across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Handle service desk requests including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing ticket submissionsReset passwords and assist users in regaining access to systemsPerform basic troubleshooting for minor software issues and hardware glitchesSupport configuration challenges and simple setup problemsRespond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systemsLog and track IT incidents and service requests accuratelyWhat You Will Ideally Bring:Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and common support toolsPrior experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roleTechnical proficiency at L1.5 levelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsContract Details:Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)Day Rate: Up to 135 per day (Inside IR35)Location: CrawleyStart Date: ASAPService Desk Associate - 6 months - Crawley- Inside IR35
