Our Tenancy Management Officers play a vital frontline role in making this happensupporting customers, tackling anti-social behaviour, and protecting the sustainability of our communities.What you'll be doingLeading and resolving ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from start to finishConducting investigations, risk assessments and developing clear case plansManaging breaches including illegal occupation, abandonment and sublettingSupporting sensitive cases involving safeguarding, domestic abuse and vulnerabilityPreparing high-quality legal documentation and attending court where necessaryWorking closely with police, local authorities, safeguarding teams and community partnersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policyIdentifying trends and contributing to service improvement and prevention strategiesWhat we're looking forWe are seeking someone with strong experience in ASB and tenancy management, ideally within social housing or a similar regulated environment.You will also bring:Strong investigative and case management skillsConfidence handling complex, sensitive and sometimes confrontational situationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and de-escalate issuesExperience working collaboratively across agencies and internal teamsA methodical and evidence-led approach to decision makingA commitment to delivering fair, proportionate and legally sound outcomesWhy join Hyde?At Hyde, you'll be part of an organisation that is ambitious, professional, and deeply committed to making a difference.
