Hair StylistDuties:- Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape.- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment.- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling cash transactions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling through continuous education and training.- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on improving their skills.commission , tips and bonusesRequirements:- Minimum 2 years experience- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styles.- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell salon products and services.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.If you are passionate about hair styling, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry, we would love to hear from you!
