Diagnostic Radiology

Location Cranbrook, British Columbia.Role General radiologist at East Kootenay Regional Hospital who will use a broad spectrum of modalities and participate in a diverse array of non‑vascular interventional procedures.Will deliver high‑quality diagnostic care in collaboration with peripheral hospitals and imaging clinics via our PACS system.Will contribute to the use of Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T MRI and SPECT CT for advanced diagnostics.Will mentor residents and medical students on the UBC Faculty of Medicine affiliate program and attend regular CME sessions.Will participate in Physician Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives supported by Doctors of BC.Qualifications Licensed general radiologist with competency in interventional procedures.Compensation Fee‑for‑service payment structure, plus MOCAP level 1.Benefits and Incentives Vacation Leave with flexible scheduling.Eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA).Retention Premium: 14%Retention Flat Fee: $21,696Relocation Funding: $9,000 for moves within BC, $12,000 for moves within Canada, $15,000 for relocations from outside CanadaRecruitment Incentive: $20,000, prorated for physicians working less than full timeRCME incentive: $1,800 for up to 2 years, $4,800 in the 3rd and 4th year, and $7,800 after 4 yearsDoctors of BC CME fundsTerms All benefits and incentives are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of offer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
