Job Description Farm Liaison ManagerLocation: Kent (with regular UK travel)Salary: 50,000 60,000 + benefitsThe RoleWe are looking for an organised and practical Farm Liaison Manager to act as the main point of contact for a network of agricultural producers.You will visit farms regularly, ensure compliance with welfare and assurance standards, and coordinate the practical aspects of supply including audits, packaging, sampling, and data reporting.This position combines field work with office-based coordination and requires someone who enjoys building relationships and solving day-to-day operational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit contracted farms to provide support and guidanceCoordinate producer audits, sampling, and compliance checksMaintain accurate farm data, certification records, and production forecastsManage packaging and materials requirements for each siteLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any on-farm or logistical issuesMonitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvementSupport the onboarding of new producers and ensure all standards are met before supply beginsSkills & ExperienceExperience in farm liaison, agricultural coordination, or assurance rolesKnowledge of farm assurance schemes (e.g. Red Tractor, RSPCA Assured, Lion Code or similar)Good understanding of welfare, biosecurity, and food safety principlesStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident with data and record keeping (Excel or database systems)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularlyPackage50,000 60,000 depending on experience40-hour week, hybrid between office and fieldRegular travel across the UK
