Job Description

Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Support professional to join their team. This role is all about combining technical know-how with excellent customer service to support clients and internal teams. You’ll provide technical expertise, prepare documentation, and ensure tailored solutions are delivered smoothly.What you’ll do:Assess project requirements and recommend solutionsPrepare technical quotations, proposals, and drawings (training on SolidWorks provided)Support customer enquiries and product presentationsDevelop deep product knowledge of their systems, features, and industry applicationsWork in collaboration with both technical and non-technical teamsWhat they’re looking for:Technical customer service background in either construction, power, or utilitiesGreat communication skills and able to explain technical information clearlyStrong customer focus and relationship-building skillsCommitment to continuous learning and improvementProficient in MS Office; training provided for Sage 200, Salesforce & SolidWorksIdeally experience reading and interpreting technical specifications, drawings, catalogues, standards, and installation guides (Full training to be provided)Willingness to travel occasionallyAbout you:You’re technically minded, proactive, and enjoy solving problems for customers.
