This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and is looking to grow their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.What Youll Be Doing:Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with leads, client accounts, and day-to-day sales activityPreparing quotes, proposals, and tender submissionsHandling customer enquiries professionally and promptlyUpdating the CRM system with key sales data and customer interactionsCoordinating marketing activities such as email campaigns and social mediaAssisting in planning trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetingsConducting market research to help identify new opportunitiesWorking closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and follow-up supportProducing sales reports to support management decisionsWhat Were Looking For:Experience in a sales support or admin role, ideally within a technical or B2B environmentExcellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skillsConfident with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsMarketing know-how is a plusEngineering knowledge or technical awareness is desirableTechnical sales experienceMust DriveExperience or interest in aviation, ATC, or aerospace is highly advantageousWhats On Offer:Salary: Up to 40,000 depending on experienceHolidays: 20 days plus 8 public holidays, increasing annually to 25 days (+ Christmas Eve off as a bonus up to 29 days total)Pension: Contributory pension scheme (3%)Hours: 35 hours per week with flexible working 8:30am5pm MonThurs, 8:30am1pm Fridays)Equipment Provided: Laptop and full desk setupStart Date: ASAPProgression: Clear path to grow in a high-tech, specialist industryCulture: Supportive, collaborative and innovation-ledIf this sounds like you or if you have any questions, reach out to me on the details below or click apply today.To Contact Directly:Zoe MurraySenior Executive ConsultantPhone: 0151 209 2050Email: [email protected]
