Job Opportunity Support Worker for Gentleman with Complex Needs We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care for an older gentleman with complex needs. About the Role: This is a full-time position on a rolling shift pattern: 12-hour shifts 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next (average of 42 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: Provide full personal care with dignity and respect Maintain household cleanliness and a safe living environment Prepare and cook meals to meet dietary needs Drive and escort the gentleman in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for community activities and appointments Support independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing Requirements: Previous experience in supporting individuals with complex needs (essential) Full UK driving licence Confident in driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle Compassionate, reliable, and patient nature Ability to work as part of a supportive team What We Offer: Competitive pay rates Full training and ongoing support A rewarding role where you make a real difference every day Apply Now!
