Job Description Due to continued growth and expansion Templeman Retailing & Vending Ltd are looking for an experienced and motivated vending sales specialist to join our successful vending division. Based out of our Head Office in Cramlington, Northumberland the successful candidate must have relevant experience within the vending & coffee industries and share our passion for all things vending.Role DescriptionThis Business Development Executive role will see the majority of your time spent in the field customer facing. The role involves the following:Managing TRV's existing Business & Industry customer base, delivering the highest customer service levels.Negotiating contract and lease renewals with existing customers.Development of existing customer base to achieve business growth targets.Prospect new business opportunities within the region.75% Account Management 25% New business.QualificationsVending and coffee industry experience essential.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Experience in Account Management to ensure client retention and deliver against growth targets.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading North East based company at a very exciting time in our history, since moving to our new Head Office in Summer 2025 we have grown from strength to strength and are looking for the best in the business to join us on this journey and grow with the business.
