Location: Katesbridge, Banbridge, Co. Down As Farm Manager you will have overall responsibility for the management of a Company Breeder Farm, including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring that eggs produced are of the correct standard and specification. The position encompasses commercial aspects of managing the farm, which involves working to budgets, targets and management of people. Shift Pattern: 48 hours per week usually rostered across 5 out of 7 days but should business needs require you may be required to work your 48 hours across 6 days out of 7. Measures of success: To meet the required specification in terms of weight, quality, health & safety, welfare, environmental. Encompassing commercial and financial aspects of the farm.
